Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of the Hair Pro Partner website (hairpropartner.com), partner portal, text message program, and Shopify integration (together “Hair Pro Partner” or “the app”), operated by Hair Pro 360 LLC. Hair Pro Partner is a wholesale partner program and portal for salon and hair extension business owners. The partner portal and Shopify integration are intended solely for approved Hair Pro 360 brand partners. If you have not been approved as a brand partner, you are not authorized to use them in production.

Hair Pro Partner is operated by Hair Pro 360 LLC, 1235 East Blvd, Suite E #625, Charlotte, NC 28203.

What the app does

The app connects your Shopify store to Hair Pro 360’s managed catalog, professional-access and wholesale fulfillment system. When a customer orders a mapped product, the app records the order, charges your payment method on file at the wholesale price, and creates a matching supplier order at Hair Pro 360 for fulfillment. The app also maintains catalog and inventory availability under the program.

App fee

The app is free. Hair Pro 360 does not charge a subscription, per-install, or per-transaction fee for using the app itself. The only money that changes hands is the wholesale product payment for inventory ordered through the app, which is governed by your separate brand-partner agreement with Hair Pro 360.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your Shopify credentials and Stripe payment method current.
• Set and maintain your storefront pricing, descriptions and promotions in accordance with your brand-partner agreement.
• Fulfill customer service for orders placed in your store (returns, exchanges, shipping inquiries).
• Do not modify the app’s backend behavior or redistribute the integration to third parties.

Our responsibilities

• Process orders and inventory events within the reliability of the underlying Shopify and hosting infrastructure.
• Protect your data per our Privacy Policy.
• Provide reasonable support via email at hello@hairpro360.com.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Hair Pro Partner, operated by Hair Pro 360 LLC.

Description: an optional text message program for brand partners about their partner account, including new pro account requests to approve, order updates, and account notices. You opt in on our SMS sign-up page or in your partner portal profile. SMS consent is not required to use Hair Pro Partner services.

• Message frequency varies.
• Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost sales, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the wholesale fees paid to Hair Pro 360 by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Suspension and termination

Your brand-partner agreement governs the circumstances under which Hair Pro 360 may suspend or revoke your access to the wholesale program, which in turn may disable this app. You may uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time; uninstalling does not terminate any underlying wholesale agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
